Hi,
the customer has CUCM 6.1.4.2190-3 on 7825-H3 appliance. They have 4 nodes (publisher and 3 subscribers), 2470 units authorized. These servers are in three different country of the same company for now. But the company want to split in three different independent company (for each country) which all of them want to have own publisher with suitable numbers of license units. Our question is: Is it possible to split the existing installation so that every country get own CUCM with corresponding licenses. The customer has PAK number and they agree that they will divided these license equally.

This is very tricky and may not be possible. Since they will be different companies, they are going to have 3 difference CUCM clusters with 3 different publisher servers. That means you cant share the licenses, because you can only apply the license to the MAC address of a publisher.

You can attempt to work with Cisco licensing team to see if they can split the licenses, but my understanding is that it cannot be done as you buy licenses for specific cluster. Since you are running unsupported version (6.1) I doubt they will do anything. You will need to purchase new licenses and install new CUCM clusters, 6.1 can no longer be purchased so you will need to go with either 9.1 or 10.0.
