CUCM: The system is operating with an insufficient number of licenses

Dear all,

we have created, while system was in trial, 3 test users and associated to them 2 device each one. We forgot to remove them, now the system tell us that it is operating with an insufficient number of licenses. Attached our licencing picture from our smart account. As you can see we have a plenty of licences, but we are unable to make any change. How we can remove those 3 test user causing us this unpleasant problem ?

We have already tried to change the owner in phone devices and tried to delete phone associated and users as well bun invane.

On  previous releases you could reboot your CUCM and you would get some time to sort that out, not sure if that still works with 12.x, if not, you would need to work with your SE to get some timed licenses to remove those and then go back into compliance.
