will update the version 8.5 to version 10

I have a question I hope you can help me.

I can directly upgrade from version 8.5 to 10

Upgrade to version 10 first I have to upgrade to version 9?

I need licensing for the upgrade? If yes, what kind of licensing need

if I have a CCX CUCM version 8.6 and version 10, can be operated simultaneously or me creates problems ??

it is necessary that all virtual machines (CUCM, IM, PRESENCE, CCX) run the same version is ccx CUCM 10 and 10.

Your licenses will be migrated to PLM, you can reach licensing@cisco.com if you need further assistance

The UCCX compatibility matrix covers all the details about UCCX version and CUCM compatible releases, you need to review it.

CUCM and IM&P need to be in the same major release, at the X.Y level in most releases, except 10.5(2) which is only compatible with 10.5(2). As for UCCX, see above.

For the upgrade you need to review for every product:

A) RNs

B) Upgrade guide

C) Changed and new info doc, either as standalone or sometimes with the RNs
