CUCM Upgrade: When will the database be migrated actually

Hi,

i am not able to find a clear answer to the Question: When will the database be migrated to the new Version when i do an CUCM Upgrade.

Let`s say i am doing an upgrade from Version 8.6 to 9.1. Will the database be migrated during the installation of the upgrade File or will the database be migrated when i do the switch version.

What happens is the upgrade migrates the database to the inactive partition.  When you switch version it reboots into the previously inactive partition to the upgraded database.  The original database is now on the unactive partition.

Is that what you meant?
