Hello,
Sometimes throughtout the day we notice when navigating through call manager to access phones, etc. the loading page takes longer than usual to load another page, does anyone know what is causing it. We have call manager 8.
Please help.

I'd check (either cli or rtmt) the cpu and mem usage. Also, how slow are you talking about? Like x1.5, x2, x3, etc?

In addition to what Will has mentioned, whats the exact cucm version, whats the underlying server hardware? MCS or UCS? Hardware specs all good, up to recommended standards? Was it recently upgraded, any other change done? If its once in a while, is it during peak hours? If it is too slow at the moment, you can try restaring the tomcat service and see if it makes any difference.
