Hi to all
One request came from a client , i believe its not possible but pls share your thoughts
Scenario:
111 extension is configured when no answer( CFNA) sending the call to 222
Now we need when the call arrive to 222 and if 222 no answer then the call must be sent back to 111
BUT this must be applied only from calls coming from 111 NOT General
Is any way to accomplish this task?

Unfortunately this feature is not available in CUCM. You would need to setup 222 to forward on no answer back to 111.

Hi Chris
That means that all the calls would be returned back to 111
And they dont want that
I think cisco has many features that should fix it :)
Like beep tone when you are already in a call etc :)
Thank you chris for your input

Correct, your other option would be to use hunt group for 111 or implement pickup groups.

Might be you can achieve this (but not sure) by creating 1-1 partition and CSS more and create one more extension 222 with different new partition, you can try using below scenario..In this example PT_Special and CSS_Special would be new.
CSS_Internal --For all other extensions, guessing this is CSS is assigned to all ext
PT_Internal
CSS_Special --For 111 extension only
PT_Special --this should be on top
PT_Internal
Note: Other existing partitions can be assigned as per current configuration to above CSS.
111 PT_Internal -> CFNA 111 (With CSS_Special)
222 PT_Internal
222 PT_Special -> CFNA 111
