CUCM Web Access Very Slow

Hi,

We are running CUCM version: 8.5.1.12900-7 and encountered the issue (Problem 5 as described in this Cisco Document) recently. We have tried restarting Cisco Tomcat Service and rebooted both Publisher & Subscriber but issue persists.

Checked and verified CPU and memory load is fine. However, tomcat_sessions test failed as seen below.

Went through the tomcat logs (see attached) but still could not figure out where and what is the root cause. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I am receiving RTMTs :

Available virtual memory below configured threshold .

When i run the diagnose test the TOMCAT sessions is failing.

test - tomcat_sessions : Failed - The following web applications have an unusually large number of active sessions: ast ccmcip. P lease collect all of the Tomcat logs for root cause analysis: file get activelog tomcat/logs/*

Log files below.

Hi there

Please check this bug. Seems to be a cosmetic

https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvd27298/?rfs=iqvred

Symptom:
-'utils diagnose test' fails on tomcat_sessions.

est - tomcat_sessions : Failed - The following web applications have an unusually large number of active sessions: perfmonservice2. Please collect all of the Tomcat logs for root cause analysis: file get activelog tomcat/logs/*

Conditions:
-Using a monitor application that sends perfmonservice2 requests.
-CUCM/CUC/IMP

Workaround:
-Ignore the output as it is not service impacting for Tomcat.
-Cosmetic
- Check output of the following command, on processes and their corresponding number of sessions :
show perf query class "Cisco Tomcat Web Application"

Hope this Helps

Cheers
Rath!
