CUCM

my CUCM is up but not reachable even while is up it still not sending packet

My CUCM is not pingable even while is actively up,  how can i solve this kind of problem

Check your network configuration on the VM and check the network configuration on the ESXi host. Can you reach the CM with something connected to the same network as the CM?
