CUCM8.0.3 No speed dial for 7960 SIP Phone Button Template

CUCM 8.0.3. When I try to add a phone button template for the 7960, I copy the default Standard 7960 SIP template and the only options are either "Line" or "none". It's missing all the other line options such as Speed Dial, etc.

Has anyone seen this? The SCCP template for the 7960 as well as other phone templates for new model phones are not a problem. It appears to only affect the 7960 SIP template.

SIP software for phones often suffer of strange bugs and limitations.

So the best way to have things working nice and easy, is to stick to SCCP whenever possible.

I can confirm this is the case.  I checked on 8.0.3, 7.1.5, and 6.1.2, all of the 7960 SIP phone button templates do not contain a speed dial option.
