Afternoon all, got a bit of a dilemma.
We're using CUCMBE 7 (non-LDAP). I was clearing a few end users off earlier today and managed to kill my own end user off at the same time by accident. In Unity Connection, my mailbox says the link has been broken and it is now orphaned. Well, I just delete the mailbox in Unity, recreate my End User, associate it with my phone and use "Create Cisco Unity Mailbox" in Unified Comms Manager in the line details.
Nope. It still says "Edit Cisco Unity User", even though it doesn't exist. I know I'm running a slightly old version, and this isn't critical as we're currently in the middle of half term (hence I'm asking here!) so is there anything I'm missing here? I don't know if I've got to do something else before I can recreate it or anything else!
Many thanks in advance.

Hi Lee,
I would have a look at the method Earl used in this thread;

Also, have a look at the info from Ginger contained within the link in that thread
Cheers!

I had already deleted the mailbox (nothing I needed to keep) so I had to hit the "Create Cisco Unity User" option in the End User profile page to create the user in Unity. After having done this, my VM began working as if it were a fresh slate, which was what I was hoping for.
You pointed me in pretty much the right direction, so cheers for the assist!
