CUCMBE DRS Backups Failing

Before I call TAC, just wondering if anybody else has seen this issue.

CUCMBE 8.6.2.23048-1 ES.

DRS Backups fail with the message

Failed to initiate backup. Server [CUCM], component [CLM] requires component [PLATFORM] to be registered.

Looking at the registered components, I have this:

UCM	CUCM	CLM
UCM	CUCM	BAT

UCM	CUCM	REPORTER

CUC	CUCM	PLATFORM

So, no "UCM" and "PLATFORM" - which is obviously the issue. Reading around folks have fixed this by restarting DRF master and local; I've tried this multiple times with no luck. I've even rebooted the whole server.

RTMT and logs are my next stage, but just wondering if anybody else had any ideas.

Think this is the problem in the DRF Local Service. Now, just need to work out how to fix it... The DRF Local logs are full of these.

Working with TAC now. DRS is officially very broken and my engineer is currently "ls"ing and "grep"ing. Will post more details when it is sorted.
