CUCME 10.5 on C3900 IVR (BACD)

Hello All, 

I have this device:

C3900-SPE250/K9

15.4(3)M3

ROM: System Bootstrap, Version 15.1(1r)T5

CUCME 10.5

I have to set up, that caller, who will be call to specific number, can choose some option where he want to be transfered, so it is hotline.

Q1: I found, that I need to configure BACD, am I right ?

Q2: Is this hardware and software configuration written above enough for BACD, IVR?, do I need some additional license?

You can use B-ACD interactive mode for what you are looking for. This is just basic IVR with queuing.
This is a CME feature and no additional hardware is required. No additional licenses are required as well.
