CUCME question

Hi

I have a CUCME 9.5 and I am unable to save the config from the GUI. I get the message other telnet session active.

I seem to remember this was a bug in earlier versions is this the case in 9.5.

Hi

I am not sure how is this bug. As far as I know this is working as design.

-Used  command show users, find the telnet sessions.

-Do a clear line < > , in order to delete those sessions.

-Added the following commands also:

1)exec-timeout 10   ( telnet session will be disconnected after 10 min of inactivity)

2)logout-warning 60 (60 sec before automatically logging off router will send warning

message to user to save config)

-Reload the router.

Thanks I will try what you suggest. I did find a bug for earlier version. I will let you know how it goes.
