I have done a clean install if 7.0.3
created the admin account and password
Able to log into the gui and I am presented the CUE wizard. I can ping everything from the cue prompt and use the user in teleyphoney-service as the web admin.
But I am getting web login failure.
the cue ip is 10.10.203.2

Hello,
Try putting the admin username/password. I think this is required for this part of the install.

Hi friend, to access the CUE GUI, you need the username and password that you have configured during the CLI CUE wizard configuration.

Hi, sorry I misunderstand your question. Make sure that you have configured this commands:
#ip http server
#telephony-service
- dn-webedit
- time-webedit}

this is prompting you for a Call Manager Integration setup. based on what you have here you are using CCME and therefore you need the CCME license (Downloadable once you have the cco login).
basically you have the wrong license. you have CCM and you should have CCME.
this is for a old version (just did a google searc hand chose the first one) but will also apply
