Hello,
we have an issue with our CUE.
Internal calls to the CUE and leaving a voicemail for someone from a internal deskphone works fine. Only external calls will be terminated with a fast busy tone. I couldn’t find much information about CUE interacting with CUCM.
As I remember what I learned the CUE needs a SIP trunk to CUCM. At the moment there is no SIP trunk for CUE configured. But in that case was wondering that internal calls work fine. Any idea what I can check or what I can debug on the CUE?
thanks

Can you also send a sh run of your gateway?

Hi,
it is 2821 mgcp gateway.
there is no problem for normal incoming calls. Phone rings and after the NOAN duration it just gives a fast busy. So I guess it is something in call manager and not on the gateway.
I should maybe mention that it was working before, with CUE 3 or 4 (can't remember) and CUCM 7.1
Codec we use is G711
