CUE install on ism-sre-300 fails

Hello,

I am trying to install cue on ism and receiving the below output ending in error.  I have tried this on 2 different ism and 2 different 2901 routers and get the same result, this leads me to believe that I am missing something.  I have been battling with this for 2 days, any help is greatly appreciated.

So I was able to make a little progress. I changed the ip unnumbered from the loopback to interface ip and gave the sm an ip off the subnet, updated the static route to the sm, and install progressed to this point and error'd again >
