CUE IVR transfer to Lync

Hi,

We have a CUE IVR that sometimes has to transfer to Lync server using a SIP dial peer.

When the call is going directly to the SIP dial-peer, the lync phone rings and we talk.

When the CUE IVR is involved the lync server refuses the connection with the error message:

SIP/2.0 488 Invalid incoming Gateway SDP: Gateway ParseSdpOffer Error: No DTMF support on Gateway side.

On the Lync side we can do nothing, On the Cisco side can we use sip-profiles to 'force' DTMF support in the SIP INVITE?

And if so what exactly should we use?

Has anyone an idea?

Thanks,

Jan

OK, seemed to have been solved by adding:

dtmf-relay sip-kpml rtp-nte sip-notify

On the dial-peer
