Hi all,
I have virtual machine of CUE10 installed on UCS-E160S-M3 inside ISR 4000.
The IVR stopped working after evaluation period expires, in addition the CUE10-IVR license is end of sale.
With the below status shown, how can make the IVR working again by for example resetting the evaluation period or disabling the smart license or others.

Probably reinstalling could give you another evaluation period. try reinstalling the CUE.

Cisco states here, we can get the license through the Cisco Certified Refurbished Equipment program!!?
