Hello All,
I tried to find it in existing support fourms however couldn't find it. I am facing an issue with Call park and Hold when using CUEAC.
My question is when a call is parked or placed on hold using CUEAC client installed in the PC at some remote site which resources are used to hold or park it ? Resources (MRGL) of phone or ??
I know that there are seperate CTI ports configured for call park and in my case they are registered fine with CUCM.
What all paramters can be checked for this ?
Regards,
Anil Sharma.

Hi,
The media resources from cucm are replaced with the cti ports from cuxac, all supplementary services are handled through the cti ports, is worth to consider that pt/css access from/to the cti ports is a must and g711 should be set all over the deployment

With the new Media Driver in CUCM 8 onwards you can use G729 as the codec on CTI Ports.
