UCM 6.1(3), CUP6.0(5)
Looking for guidance on bulk deployment of CUPC clients.
Is it possible to build the installer so that it populate the server info, and all of the contacts?

There's nothing we can do on the contacts. For the server info, I think you can push the uclocal.xml file to the client computer (in %userprofile%\Application Data\Cisco\Unified Personal Communicator folder).
