Customised Ringing and Ringback Tone

Hello All,

I just want to ask something. I do not know if any of this is possible:

Let's assuming there are two IP Phones A and B. If Phone A calls Phone B

1. Is it possible to customise the ringback tone that caller A hears while Phone B is ringing? If yes, how do I achieve this

2. How do I also change or customise the ringing tone?

3. Is it possible to configure the same ringing tone and ringback tone so that the called and calling phones play the same audio?

CUCM version is 7.1.5(3)

The ringing tone is set under Settings > User Preferences on the phone. Ringback tones are not customizable and are embedded in the network locale (e.g. US, UK, etc) choosen.

Is there any plan by Cisco to allow the possiblity of having customised caller tunes on CUCM?

That's a question that you would need to pose to your Cisco Account Manager. I can't discuss product roadmaps in a public forum.
