I am checking into the possibility of setting a softkey or line that can used as an emergency alert button to call the extensions of all of the managers in the organization at the same time (with the press of one button). This is something that might be used if there were a bomb threat, etc. Does anyone have an idea if there is a way to configure this?
That's not possible, custom softkeys are not provided in any CUCM release.
The best thing you could do is a speed dial.
