i think this is not supported in cisco callmanager to enable CCM admin/users to customize ring back tones on their ip phones so that incoming callers hear audio contents/ customizable clips of recorded music while they wait for their calls to be answered.
did any one try any 3rd party service like this with cisco ip phones, i know broadsoft has offered customizable ringback tones for VoIP, but it is compatible with cisco ccm.

Do you use h.323 or sip to the CCM? If so that is doable with a simple TCL / IVR script.
