Czech dial tone / ring tone on 3825 GW

Got a 3825 running

c3825-adventerprisek9-mz.124-22.T2.bin

voice port is set to

voice-port 0/0/0:15

cptone CZ

bearer-cap Speech

When users make calls locally and nationally they get Euro ring tone but when the make international calls sounds like (UK ring tone)

was looking at setup of

call-manager-fallback but couldn't setup locale to CZ only had other European countries.

Anyone know what IOS versions have CZ locale or why the international would sound like UK ringtone.

Ringback for all calls to PSTN is generated by PSTN and CM has no role in that.

Especially when using MGCP, cptone on digital ports is absolutely non influent.
