Dailing Zero (0) for Operator

I am trying to call from xxxxx to 0 (Operator). When I am only dialing 0 its taking 30 seconds to transfer. In route pattern  I have defined Called Transformation Mask "00000" now call is going OK  without any delay but on phone display its showing "00000" I need only "0" or "Operator".

Call Flow:

SIP Endpoint --> CUCM --> V-Gateway <--PRI--> Nortel --> 0 (Operator)

This is working as designed. Do this transformation under your route group, then it will just show 0 only.

The question is why is it taking 30 seconds to route the call, do you have overlapping patterns in your dial plan that start with 0 or X, etc?  If so then you need to resolve the conflict.  What is the operator extension defined as on Nortel side is it 0 or 00000?
