Its that time of year when I get the delude of phone calls regarding the times on phones.
Russia have abandoned DST - but an easy fix is to put them to Saudi time.
Nigeria doesnt seem to have a setting available.
I notice that CUE running on 8.6.6 and 8.6.7 has a vast array of countries and cities which does make the job easy
however the 'telephony service' has a Very limited set of countries and options.
I would prefer you could simply input the UTC + X and specifiy the DST options if they are there - like you do on the router.
Anyways - back to Nigeria ..

You really should be able to 'finetune' the time settings - I appreciate the pre-polulated list to make things easier on the admin side but the reality is that DST change all the time.
You will notice there is no - UTC/GMT +1 without DST.
Companies spend a lot of money on NTP these days - surely I dont have to disassociate this device and hack the UTC time on the router ?
