debug command in voice gateway

Hi, everyone.

I don't have many knowleage about CCM and gateway,

so when there are some problems. I'm confused what I should do.

I want to know about some trouble-shooting method.

1. how can I check send and receive packets from voice gateway with debug command.

2. What should I check if incoming call is not made.

3. What should I check if outcoming call is not made.

4. What should I check if both of call is not made.

most common commands are

debug isdn q931

debug voip ccapi inout

There are plenty more but are more specific per protocol, interface used and kind of problem you have.

You can search the guides for debug commands on CCO depending of the platform you have so you can understand them.
