Decline call not working

Hello
We are using CUCM ver 9.1.2 and IM and Presence ver 9.11 and CUC 9.1.2   We are using the jabber client ver 10.5 on our workstations. In our main office everything is workin properly. In our remote offices everthing is working except being able to decline external calls. I would guess this has somthing to do with the voice gateways in our remote offices. not sure what to try. Any input would be greatly appreciated

Do you have the voicemail configuration in place for declined calls??

we do have voice mail configured and all the features work including the decline option in our main office where our CUCM and CUC and Presence servers are located. In our remote offices all the functions work except decline for external calls, i am able to decline for internal calls. thanks for replying

 

Do you have different service profiles for remote offices and main offices? Can you dial the main VM pilot from Jabber?
