We have upgraded Cisco Dect base station 210 firmware to 5.0.1. After the upgrade, we are unable to log in with the default admin or user account. I tried all combinations:
admin/admin
user/admin
admin/"MACaddres on lowercase"
user/"MACaddres on lowercase"
administrator/"MACaddres on lowercase"
admin/Cisco
admin/"blank"
"blank"/"blank"
Anyway I can't login and furthermore the base station is not registering on Webex Calling although it has been configured on cloud and device have internet connectivity.
Anyone can help with login on this new firmware?
Thank you

Hi there, Which firmware were upgrading from?
How did you upgrade?

If the device should register to Webex Calling, then the device's password is set to an unknown string, ie. you will not be able to do any administration at the device itself. All configuration should be done via Control Hub.
That is the common behavior after receving the configuration, same for ATAs

Once the DECT is registered on Webex Calling, a new password is defined by the WcH, you will not be able to carry out any administration on the device itself nor access the management interface via http/https. All configuration must be done through Control Hub.
