Delay in missed call, received call and placed call

There's a delay for around 5 seconds when a user want to see the missed call, received call and placed call in the call list. This happens when a phone is configured with two DN numbers. I'am on a CUCM 7.0, but have already seen that in 4.1 and 6.0 or 6.1.

Is there a way to solve this problem so that the delay disappears and see immediately the timestamp of the calls ?

That's an internal timer which is not configurable, this is working as designed. If they want the info before 5 seconds they would need to press details.
