Hi voice team,
My 7925G devices are taking on average 12 seconds to complete only international calls, but my desk phone complete immediately after the last digit, what can this be?
Thanks,
Thiago

Hi Thiago,
Thats odd, can you make sure they are using the same route pattern, also what do you mean by
"my desk phone complete immediately after the last digit"
Do you mean you press the # key at the end.
Please provide us with more info.
Thanks.

Hi Thiago,
This behaviour can be as a result of an over lapping pattern. When you dial the number for the first time, CUCM will try to match a pattern digit-by-digit and it would wait for the T302 timer (Inter digit timeout) to happen to select the appropriate pattern, if an over lapping pattern exists.
However, when you redial the number, it becomes an enbloc call and would route through the best match avoiding any delay.
There are several phone models that uses Enbloc call by default.
In order to troubleshoot the issue further, please provide the following:
1. Numplan report.
2. The number you are dialing
3. The list of partitions in the Line and device CSS of the calling phone.
