delete CDR records

What is the best way to delete CDR logs from the CDR database on callmanager, I need to remove all CDR logs from last year

Try a manually purge of the CDR database, login to CAR and go to System --> Database --> Manual Purge. In there you can select to delete all the files prior a designated date.
