Delete CSF Devices using BAT Delete Phones custom file

CUCM Version 14.0.1

I'm trying to delete a large qty of CSF devices from CUCM which are consuming licences (no assigned user).  Rather than delete one by one i'd like to bulk delete.  Never any issue in the past but BAT isn't playing ball.  

I've created my BAT template > Phones  and entered in the list of CSF Device names and imported into CUCM into the right location.

When i go to Bulk delete > Phones > Custom File, the file is there but no devices are returned to delete.

My guess would be that you have a header in the file with the list of names of the devices to delete. You should not have that, it should just be the name of the devices to remove, one by each line. I just tested with this file on one of our test systems and it worked as expected.
