We recently switched to unity connections 7.1.3. Recently we have had a person within our business that has been gone and now has over 100 messages in their VM box and they want to get rid of them without listening to them all. As an Admin is there a place where I can go in Unity Connections and delete all the messages in his account?

Hi Kevin,
There is no "slick" way of doing this (even as an Admin you
can use PCA, but I generally just delete/re-create the mailbox and
get the user to re-enroll. It only takes them a couple of minutes and everone's
happy.

Your options are as follows:
1) Delete the mailbox (Rob's suggestion)
2) Delete messages via Unity Inbox / PCA
3) Setup an IMAP connection from Outlook or a supported client and delete messages in that manner
