Delivery Status Notification (Failure) mailbox not full in CCM 8.6.

From time to time we receive delivery notification even thought mailbox is not full.

Was there any changes made to exchange any patches etc.?

The message means CUC is having connectivity issues with SMTP. Are the exchange and CUC in the same location - if not any chance of network issues between the locations?

4.0.2—An unknown error (for example, connectivity problems) prevented Connection from communicating with another SMTP server.

Thank You for the reply. No no changes were made to anything. The SMTP that is used, is based on the GMAIL APPS.
