From time to time we receive delivery notification even thought mailbox is not full.

Was there any changes made to exchange any patches etc.?
The message means CUC is having connectivity issues with SMTP. Are the exchange and CUC in the same location - if not any chance of network issues between the locations?

Thank You for the reply. No no changes were made to anything. The SMTP that is used, is based on the GMAIL APPS.
