Device Profile settings

on some of my extension mobility profiles the softket template is set to "none" where does the profile then pick up a default?

common device config, default device profile, device pool?

Depends on CUCM version, assuming appliance based CUCM common device config will be used, from CUCM feature guide under EM section:

At the Softkey Template field, choose the appropriate softkey template. The softkey template determines the

configuration of the softkeys on Cisco Unified IP Phones. Choose None if you want to use the softkey profile

that is configured in Common Device Configuration.
