Hello my name is jerry harris and I have a question on dial-peers busying out.
what causes dial-peers to go into busyout state. we have 3 dial-peers and they all will got into busyout state all at the same or one at a time several during the day. we have been shutting them down sometimes for several minutes then bring them backup before they establish connection again. will the keepalive timer's cause this issue ? is their any other time's that i need to check that may be causing this issues.

Yes, that has to mostly with keepalive timeout. Please check the following;
