Hello I have issues with cucm version 8.6 ; cucm service manager not running, tried utils service start Service Manager without success

Hi Jose,
Can you provide the output of the following in a notepad file:
utils service list
show status
utils core active list
utils diagnose test
You may need to run the recovery iso to fix this issue, it can be downloaded from the following link

Hi Manish,
we had power issues that affected the Publisher, by physically shutdown the server and power it up have bring the Publisher Up to service.
Now we are facing database replication issues!
do you know the commands to fix database replication?

Hi Jose,
I would recommend running a file system check and repair using the recovery iso as improper shutdowns can lead to file system corruption and cause issues like the one which you faced.
