dial issue

Hello, 

I have the following issue, I want to dial a log distance call number, but to make the call work I have to dial to many times until I it works.

The call goes via E1 trunk.

what can this be?

Are you using one or multiples gateways?

Can you try adding the output of  "debug isdn q931" when you try to make the call.

Try gathering the output of the command debug isdn q931

I did some changes and know im going via a intercluster and have the same issue.
