Hi,

I have a sip trunk and  a pstn network . If  the sip subscription does not have enough fund , they don't route the calls . They just send back a message . In that case how can I do alternate route using the route list

Depends what response the send and what Cisco product you’re using - there wasn’t much detail. Most of the time the product defaults will work well and continue routing. Related thread from a quick Google search:
