ciso unity web admin blocked

when ı accessed the cisco unity via ssh there is no problem but when ı want to access via web .account has been blocked error.how can ı solve this

Reminder that the platform (SSH) and application are two separate login credentials. Assuming you know that, I believe utils reset_application_ui_administrator_password from the CLI will do the trick.
