DID calling give a fax tone

Hi ,

We are facing an issue when a call is made to a DID 203-xxx-6430 the call goes off to ringing mode but with in seconds it gives a fax tone, which is quite strange.

Phone : 794x series

CCM : 8.0.3.2000-2

What does a route plan report show for thta extension?

@NATHAN ...Hey... messaged on the forum while on my way back from office..would give you this info.. in next 10 hours..  do i need to do a DNA or what exactly would the route plan report portay , apart from the alloted extension for the user, that being >>6430.. ??
