We are running a business edition call manager with intergrated unity connection version 8.5. We are also AD intergrated and there is a particular user that was created in AD that I need removed from the voice directory. Is there a way to do this without removing the user from AD? From my experience, once a user is created in AD and a mailbox is generated for that user, you can contact that person using the voice directory since the voice directory searches the entire server as the scope.
