Dear Friends
We are using cucm 6.0 in our organization, the cluster contais one PUB and two SUB's, we are thinking of upgrading the CUCM 6.0 to 8.0, request you to please tell me the major differneces between both the versions.

this link has the new and changed information of version 8 call manager. As you know Cisco is adding more and more features with every release so if call manager 6.0 is not enough for your enterprise then you can very well upgrade to 8.0 . Remember you will need software feature license for version 8 and also check the H/W compatibilty matrix, S/W compatibility matrix for the upgrade path and server support.
