Hi Experts,
We are experiencing issues with Direct Call Park with BLF. There's a significant delay when putting the direct call park on BLF and retrieving the call. Some times we even lose the call because of pressing the BLF button multiple times (because of the delay) to retrieve the parked call.
CUCM version 10.5 centralized deployment. The branch phones are over the WAN with 5Mb VPN over Internet connection. The codec is G711 and the traffic over the WAN is only signalisation. No audio traffic over the WAN. I thought the bandwidth is the issue but some of the branches with the exact same setup and configuration work perfectly well.
Any idea how to resolve this issue?

From your monitoring tool try to generate latency, packet loss, jitter report between HQ and BR. Also, can you generate bandwidth report for your branch site.

Secondly, I doubt it is related to QoS.. Although I would have preferred to see sh interface output from the WAN facing outputs and see if there is any congestion and/or packet drops
