Direct Transfer to TFN numbers are not working

We have finesse agents receiving calls on 800 number and they have external mask of 800 number which they want to show it to outside people.

But they have issues calling 800numbers, to fix this we created a pattern for 8XX calls and converted mask to location DID now for local calls and TFN calls works finesse

Local call shows 800 numbers CL ID
800 CL shows location DID number as mask

But when customer trying to do a direct(blind) transfer from finesse it is not working.

They are able to do below tcalls succesfully


1)Out bound to local/TFN numbers from finess : Working
2)Direct Transfer to local number from finesse: working
3)Out bound to local/TFN numbers from Jabber : Working
4)Direct Transfer to local/TFN number from Jabber: working

5)Direct Transfer to TFN number from finesse: Not working, during my troubleshooting some how it is still showing 800 number

Can anyone advise on this.
