Directory Numbers Being Deleted

Tanner Jackson

Hello,

In the last week or so we've been seeing a number of directory numbers being deleted completely from our CUCM. When looking at the AuditLog in RTMT we see no trace of the DN being deleted and no admin activity when it happens. We are running CUCM 11.0.

Could it be a memory leak? These DNs are not local to one site but are being deleted at multiple sites utilizing different subscribers.

Did you check you db replication status from cucm cli on all cluster nodes.

Utils dbreplication runtime status

Replication status shows good across all nodes. (RTMT Database Summary shows good as well)

Server Number of Replicates Created Replicate_State
10.X.X.X 692 2 - good
10.X.X.X 692 2 - good
10.X.X.X 692 2 - good

DB replication shows good across all 10 of our nodes (all show 2-good).
RTMT Database Summary reflects this as well.

In addition, here is the utils dbreplication runtimestate output

hi,

was there any kind of change like upgrade or switch version?

this is common because if you upgrade and dont switch version same time changes after the the upgrade will be removed completely from CUCM after switch version.
