Directory timeout

Hello,

Is there any way to log out of the Directory of an IP phone automatically after a certain time period? Example, when you search for someone in the Corporate Directory and leave the phone as it is, the screen display remains on the Corporate Directoty. So when someone calls you at that moment, you can't actually see who is calling. You get the impression that the person calling you is the one displayed on the screen which is in fact not.

What version of firmware is on your phones?

There was a version of phone firmware that had a similar issue. I believe 8.3.2 or something around that load.

Hi,

The firmware versions on the phones are SCCP41.8.4-2S for 7941 phones.

For 7970 phones, the firmware version is SCCP70.8.4.3S

Do you think it is related to the phone firmware? If yes please let me know in which version we won't have the problem?
