I have IP an IPT deployment and my customer needs DISA (Direct Inward System Access)solution. This is a solution that allows someone calling in from outside the IP Telephony network to obtain an "internal" system dialtone and dial calls as if from one of the extensions attached to the telephone switch. The user is expected to calls a DISA number which invokes the DISA application. The DISA application in turn should requires the user to enter his passcode, followed by the pound sign (#). If the passcode is correct, the user should hear dialtone on which a call may be placed. I need informat on how to configure this and possibly a material wich I can read up.
