I have integrated CUCM 12.0 with CUC 12.0 using SCCP and my users can access to voice mail after introduce pin, but I want to disable this:
*Option 4 related to programming options where the users can change greating, messages configuration, preferences, etc
* If the users introduces wrong pin I don't want VM asking about another extension I just want to ask him again his PIN because I don't want that other phones can access to VM of others users.
Could someone help me?
